Gas from gas: clean fuels for the near future
Very soon, a unique and one of a kind plant will be commissioned in Turkmenistan, which will produce environmentally friendly synthetic gasoline from natural gas.
This plant is one of the priority tasks of the socio-economic development of Turkmenistan. At a working meeting of Cabinet members, the government of the republic announced an increase in the volume of production in the field of petrochemicals. Such a positive economic growth is facilitated by the stable operation of existing modernized and new enterprises that have reached their design capacity.
However, not only the products of the petrochemical industry are in demand on the domestic and foreign markets. Urea, polyethylene, polypropylene, polypropylene film, environmentally friendly fuel for cars - gasoline, diesel fuel, lubricating oils are in great demand. All these products meet the high requirements of international standards. The sale of petrochemical products abroad significantly increased the foreign exchange earnings in the state budget of Turkmenistan.
In this regard, the government outlined the construction of new complexes for the production of synthetic gasoline. It is planned that large volumes of investment, both Turkmen and foreign, will be directed to these modern facilities.
