Now individual numbers can be issued in any territorial service center, regardless of the place of residence of the car owner and registration of the car.
The new order, issue and registration of individual license plates is regulated by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 174, which entered into force on April 22.
To order such numbers in the service center, you must provide the following package of documents:
• application, certificate of registration of a vehicle or its copy;
• power of attorney drawn up in the prescribed manner (in the absence of the owner of the vehicle);
• personal passport;
• constituent or charter documents of a legal entity or their copies (if necessary);
• a document certifying state registration, symbols or logo of a legal entity (in the case of applying a logo or symbols to an individual license plate), or a copy thereof;
• a copy of the certificate of a member of a public organization (if necessary).
The layout of the license plate is developed by an authorized person of the service center, agreed with the car owner and approved by the center. The cost of a set of individual license plates is determined on the basis of the created layout in accordance with applicable law. After making the payment, the approved layout is sent to the manufacturer for manufacture. Production time is set up to one month from the receipt of payment.
